1) Is distribution code G appropriate for a direct rollover (not transfer) of IRA proceeds from one IRA with one administrator to another IRA with a different administrator?

2) If a child turned 18 in Feb. 2009, can a contribution still be made in their behalf to a 529 plan for tax year 2008?
